Meet Silk Alderette |
Silk Alderette is the author and illustrator of the new children's series, The Fairy Twins Adventures. She has spent months after writing the story to imagine the characters, draw the characters, and model and create the characters in The Fairy Twins Series. Then she spent more time storyboarding the backgrounds and then used Photoshop and AI to create the lovely backgrounds for her stories and sing-a-long videos.
Silk lives in Maine with her family. She is a wife and mother of three children. Her special needs daughter, Demijour, inspired her to create the Fairy Twins Adventures because her daughter wanted more 3D character books like Tinkerbell, but there weren't many. So the Fairy Twins became a reality.
